IPA CBC Programme - Macedonia and Albania 2007-2013 (deadline: 23.02.2012)

The Call for Proposals is intended to function as a catalyser of actions that would foster cooperation in the two countries within the framework of IPA programme, promote the design of feasible and sustainable projects and strengthen the administrative capacity of beneficiaries and national institutions for the implementation and management of the projects. The following three measures are included: economic development with an emphasis on tourism related areas; sustainable environmental development with an emphasis on protection, promotion and management of natural resources and ecosystems; and social cohesion and cultural exchange through people-to-people and institution-to-institution actions. The total budget envisaged is 4.995.000 EUR, from which 2.700.000 EUR for Macedonia, and 2.295.000 EUR for Albania. The project budget within the first two measures can be from 50.000 up to 200.000 EUR and last for 12 to 20 months, while the projects for the third measure should fall between 30.000 and 100.000 EUR, and last 6 to 18 months.
