Establishing Support in Social Inclusion and Employment of Disadvantaged and Marginalized Groups

Objectives:

The global objective of this Call for Proposals is to promote social inclusion of the long-term unemployed social care and assistance beneficiaries by supporting their access to the labour market.

The specific objective of this Call for Proposals is the preparation of the long-term unemployed social care and assistance beneficiaries for labour market integration.

Size of grants

Any grant requested under this Call for Proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:

• minimum amount: EUR 50 000
• maximum amount: EUR 120 000

Eligibility

Be legal persons and be specific types of organisations:

• non-governmental organisations, non-profit organisations;
• public institutions (excluding ministries and government offices), local and regional authorities;
• private institutions, private companies, cooperatives, local and regional development agencies, SME
• support centres/technical incubators;
• international (inter-governmental) organisations as defined by Article 43 of the Implementing Rules to the EC Financial Regulation and

Be nationals of a Member State of the European Union or Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey and Kosovo under UNSC Resolution 1244/99; countries that are beneficiaries of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument; countries of the European Economic Area. This obligation does not apply to international organisations and be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary.
