Civic Advocacy and Partnership Activity (Deadline 12.10.2011)

USAID through the Regional service Center in Budapest is seeking applications for Macedonian organizations for a cooperative agreement to fund the project Civic Advocacy and Partnership Activity (CAPA). The goals are: stimulate civic activism and participation at the national and local levels; enhance the ability of civil society organizations (CSOs) to conduct government oversight advocate, and provide input into public policy; and establishing sustainable mechanisms for regular and ad hoc CSO cooperation and mobilization on democratic reform issues. The anticipated start of the activity is January 2012. The budget for the activity is 4.04 million USD for four years. More information is available on USAID webpage.
